Inclusive wedding packages offer a variety of benefits that can greatly enhance your wedding experience and alleviate stress and uncertainty during the planning process.

Rental Agreement

  • Required event liability AND cancellation insurance taken out by the contract signer.
  • All 3rd party vendors must show their COI upon hire and forwarded to Host/owner.
  • Tips & Gratuity to 3rd party vendors is appreciated.
  • (DJ not provided for groups under 30 ppl but may be added)
  • Weekday Bookings subject to 10% discount-terms apply

RATES START AT $5000 FOR 25 GUESTS UP TO $12,000 FOR 100 GUESTS; PLUS 2.95% TAX & 3.9% FEE FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS. TERMS: 50% AT BOOKING, 50% DUE 1 MONTH PRIOR TO EVENT DATE. FINAL CONTRACT AND DETAILS UPON COMMITMENT TO BOOKING.

Package Includes

  • Extra add-ons included but not limited to: Photo booth, videographer, balloon arch, fresh florals, etc.

Venue:

  • 6-hour Use of Property to include ceremony, reception and dressing rooms
  • Tables, chairs, and linens
  • Use of décor from our large inventory collection - centerpieces included
  • All areas set up and taken down for you
  • Officiant 1 hour total; 1 hour rehearsal and ½ hour ceremony - additional time if required
  • Meal: choice of menus available
  • Dessert: choice of cakes, cupcakes, and dessert bar available.
  • Beverages: coffee or tea, fruited water, lemonade, or iced tea
  • 4-hour certified Bartender for your alcohol products
  • Photographer- 4 hour stop to start time with our preferred professionals
  • Music: Use of our Bose System for your playlist. Microphone and speakers available
  • DJ/MC 4 hours reception. Ceremony music playlist provided outside of DJ
  • DJ NOT provided for parties under 30 ppl
